1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ErgoMatk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may use ErgoMatk only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

ErgoMatk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
