We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and business details when you register or use ErgoMatk. We also collect usage data and technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve ErgoMatk; to communicate with you about your account; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase and hosted on infrastructure that meets industry-standard security practices. We use encryption in transit and at rest. No method of storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
4. Third-party services
ErgoMatk integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email). These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from active systems within 30 days.
